PREORDERS
In some instances we offer preorder as an option on some of our products. This means that the stock has not yet arrived to us and your order will not be sent until the preorder item has arrived.
Before placing your order, please check the product listing if there is a notification stating that your item is a preorder item and the approximate delivery date.
Please check this before placing your order as all preorders are final and non-refundable if you change your mind once your order has been placed.
Flora and Cub is not liable for a refund for change of mind.
If you place an order that includes a preorder item and an in-stock item, your order will not be sent until all items have arrived to us. If you wish to have your in-stock items shipped prior to your preorder item, please get in touch with us and we will arrange an additional shipping fee to be paid by you to allow your order to be sent in two (2) shipments.
PREORDER DELAYS
Unfortunately delays can happen and these delays are out of our control. All preorder dates are estimates only and can change without notice.
We do ask for your patience and understanding around any preorder dates and know that we do try and allow extra time when offering an item for preorder.
If your order has been affected by a delivery delay, it just means that your order won't ship out as per previously advised delivery dates.
Please note that all preorder dates are approximate timeframes only and are subject to change. Please also keep this in mind when placing your order.
PROMOTIONS AND SALES
Please note that Flora and Cub reserves the right to end any promotions, sales or discount offers at any time we deem necessary. There are no refunds or exchanges accepted on any sale items.
Once a promotion or sale has ended we are unable to extend any further discounts corresponding to the sale or promotion event.
All discount codes must be entered at the checkout.
Only one discount code can be used per order.
We are unable to manually apply a discount to any orders or adjust prices once orders have been finalised. If you forget to use a code at checkout, we cannot amend the price and will not reimburse any additional costs.
